Dr. Ravi Kalidindi is a board-certified family physician with more than 17 years of clinical experience and the Chief Medical Officer of Hybrid Health Systems, the multi-state medical group behind MindVibe. He oversees clinical quality, safety, and evidence-based practice standards across MindVibe's psychiatry and telepsychiatry services in Texas and California.
He is currently completing the Primary Care Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of California, Irvine — advanced training in psychiatric diagnosis and treatment for primary care physicians — deepening his expertise in mood disorders, psychopharmacology, and integrated behavioral health. As CMO, he has designed MindVibe's clinical protocols for bipolar disorder screening, medication management, substance use disorder treatment, and measurement-based care.
Before leading Hybrid Health Systems' clinical operations, Dr. Kalidindi co-founded Lifeline Urgent Care, growing it into a multi-site practice before its acquisition in 2023. He holds active medical licenses in 31 states through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact, along with federal certifications as a Medical Review Officer (MRO), DOT medical examiner, and USCIS Civil Surgeon.
