Where are MindVibe psychiatric providers in Dallas and Houston?

Can I see a psychiatrist online anywhere in Texas?

Yes. Texas-licensed MindVibe clinicians offer secure telehealth for psychiatric evaluation and medication management when clinically appropriate, including for patients in the telehealth service areas listed on this page — Austin, Katy, Pearland, and San Antonio — as well as statewide follow-up from any in-person office. In-person visits are available at our Texas offices when you need them.

How do I find a telehealth psychiatrist in Texas?

Look for a Texas-licensed psychiatric clinician who can complete an initial evaluation and follow-up by secure video when clinically appropriate. MindVibe serves patients statewide — including Austin and San Antonio telehealth service areas on this page — and at in-person offices when you need a clinic visit. Self-pay and insured patients can book online or call intake to confirm coverage and the right visit format before the first appointment.

How telehealth psychiatry works in Texas

MindVibe's psychiatric clinicians are licensed in Texas and see patients anywhere in the state by secure video when it is clinically appropriate. If you would rather be seen in person, our Texas offices are listed above.

1. Book online or by phone

Book online, or call (833) 852-1742. A booking call takes about 3 to 7 minutes: our intake team checks your insurance and sets your appointment on the same call.

2. Insurance and cost

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, along with the other plans on our insurance page. No insurance? A first telehealth visit is $149 and a follow-up is $95, and you can ask us for a Good Faith Estimate of your expected charges.

3. Your first visit

Your first appointment is a psychiatric evaluation by video. Your provider asks about your symptoms, history and goals, then explains what they think is going on and your treatment options.

4. Follow-up care

Follow-up visits are medication management with therapy included: each one includes about 25 to 30 minutes of therapy with your psychiatric provider. Teens 13 to 17 can be seen by telehealth, and visits in Spanish are available by video or in person; ask for in person when you book.
