MindVibe's Houston clinic at 7777 Southwest Freeway is a certified SPRAVATO treatment center — the only MindVibe location in Texas offering in-office esketamine. Located off US-59 near Sharpstown, the office is an easy drive from Bellaire, Sugar Land, and Missouri City.
SPRAVATO is FDA-approved for adults with treatment-resistant depression and is always administered under supervision in a certified setting. Our Houston psychiatric team runs your evaluation, verifies insurance authorization, supervises each dosing session, and manages the oral antidepressant you take alongside it.
What to Expect at a Houston SPRAVATO Session
Evaluation & Authorization
A psychiatric evaluation confirms whether you qualify — typically adults whose depression hasn't responded to at least two antidepressants. Our team then verifies insurance coverage and handles prior authorization.
Supervised Dosing In Office
You self-administer the nasal spray at our Houston office while our clinical staff supervises, then rest comfortably during a monitoring period of about two hours before heading home with your driver.
Ongoing Care, One Team
Induction usually means two visits weekly for the first month, tapering as you improve. The same MindVibe providers manage your oral antidepressant and track your progress between sessions.

Is Spravato available at MindVibe's other Texas locations?
Not currently — Houston is our certified SPRAVATO site in Texas. Patients from Austin, Dallas, or San Antonio can complete evaluations by telehealth, but each dosing session must take place in person at the Houston office under the REMS program.
What does a typical Houston Spravato schedule look like?
Induction is usually two in-office sessions per week for the first four weeks, then weekly for a month, then weekly or every other week for maintenance. Each visit runs about two and a half hours including the supervised monitoring period, and you'll need a ride home afterward.
